HUNGRY ECOCITIES : Paths to progress Experiments

TOMATO BRAIN
Jo Kroese & Axia Seeds
SUMMARY
Tomato Brain helps teams think together. Three privacy-preserving agents on Axia’s cloud—Sales Sage, Seed Sommelier, Cultivation Coach—turn serial meeting updates into a Parallelise → Synthesise → Decide workflow. Pre-briefs highlight patterns and tensions, meetings become live interrogations of sales, varieties and cultivation knowledge, and decisions (with rationale) are captured for follow-through. The approach reduces “variety overload” without pooling proprietary data and has been demonstrated with industry, students and public audiences.
