The S+T+ARTS Afropean Intelligence Archive

Some projects end when their final event (The Archive is Alive – S+T+ARTS Afropean Intelligence Symposium.). Others continue through the questions they leave behind.
The S+T+ARTS Afropean Intelligence Archive was born from this conviction. It gathers the artistic projects, conversations and encounters that shaped S+T+ARTS Afropean Intelligence, an eighteen-month journey exploring artificial intelligence through Afroeuropean perspectives. Rather than offering a definitive account of the programme, the archive follows the threads that connected its residencies across Egypt, Nigeria, Tunisia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and South Africa… Along the way, artists, researchers, technologists, and cultural practitioners collectively challenged inherited technological narratives, explored alternative infrastructures of knowledge, and imagined futures rooted in memory, care, plurality, and situated experience.
Structured as nine thematic entries, the archive invites readers to move freely between projects, essays, podcasts, expert talks, and external references. It is less a catalogue than a living ecosystem of ideas—one that continues to grow through the connections it inspires.
