Arnau Horta

Curator, critic and researcher, Independent

Arnau Horta (Barcelona, 1977) is a curator, critic and researcher. His work is focused on the phenomenological and political dimensions of sound and hearing. He is currently doing a PhD in Philosophy at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB).

He has collaborated with the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (MNCARS), Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA), Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB), Joan Miró Foundation, Picasso Museum Barcelona, Max Planck Institute (Berlin), Video Art festival Loop, Bòlit. Centre d’Art Contemporani Girona, among other centres, festivals and cultural initiatives. He collaborates in Cultura/s (La Vanguardia), Babelia (El País) and Núvol.
