[RE-WATCH NOW] Arts & Tech: can companies innovate together with the arts?, by BOZAR

REWATCH THE WEBINAR

In line with the STARTS Prize ’20 exhibition held in BOZAR this Fall, BOZAR LAB organized a webinar on the topic of artistic collaborations as means for innovation.

‘We will set up a new European Bauhaus – a co-creation space where architects, artists, students, engineers, designers work together to make that happen.’ With this striking announcement, Ursula Von Der Leyen, President of the European Commission, initiated a new way of thinking on Arts & Technology. BOZAR LAB, which has been a space dedicated to the reflection on links between art, society, technology and sustainability in the Centre for Fine Arts, Brussels (BOZAR), has given a new flame to this debate in its recent webinar on the subject ‘Arts&Tech: Can Companies innovate together with the Arts?’.

With contributions of many interesting guests: Paul Dujardin (BOZAR), Ruth Reichstein (EU Commission), Christophe De Jaeger (BOZAR LAB), Emma Dumartheray (BOZAR LAB), Karen Palmer (artist and Storyteller of the Future), Stefan Grosjean (Smappee & Snowball), Alexandra Vanhuyse (Snowball), Andrew McWilliams (Thoughtworks), Piet Haerens (HAEDES), Jonathan Berte (Robovision).

As it takes more than one afternoon to discuss this matter, BOZAR wants to continue this debate with the audience and prominent actors of the Art and Tech world. So please join the discussion and rethink our Future together with us on our LinkedIn groupe BOZAR ARTS & TECH.
