Michael Pinsky

Michael Pinsky is a British artist whose international projects address climate change, urban design and societal wellbeing. Combining the roles of artist, planner, activist and researcher, he works with local communities to create ambitious installations shaped by their physical, social and political contexts. His work has been presented at TATE Britain, Saatchi Gallery, Victoria and Albert Museum, BALTIC, La Villette Paris and international biennials. His installation Pollution Pods has toured globally, from COP summits to Somerset House and TED Vancouver, receiving widespread recognition. A Royal College of Art graduate, he has received awards from RSA, British Council and Wellcome Trust.
