Lukas Taido
Lukas Taido is a Berlin-based, internationally working media-artist, with a strong focus on creating immersive installations using multichannel auditive and visual elements. His works include large-scale video-mappings (Munich Town Hall, Alte Münze Berlin…), audiovisual sculptures (Venice Italy, Deutsches Museum Munich, Munich Airport…), audio-installations (Shanghai Tower China, Castle Weimar…) and sometimes film-soundtracks, e.g. for the documentary “Die Wansee Konferenz” (ZDF). Besides creating the visual content, he also composes the music and sound-design for his three-dimensional installations.
He often seeks contact with scientists and scientific institutions in order to expand and refine his site-specific approaches and concepts through mutual exchange.
