Kerry O’Leary
Kerrie O’Leary is an Irish visual artist and educator based between Dublin and London. She integrates technology and kinetic movement to create immersive installations that transform raw data into dynamic, evolving forms. By merging computational techniques, mathematical algorithms, and machine learning, she reveals hidden patterns that shape our world. Through this process, O’Leary blurs the boundaries between art, science, and technology, inviting audiences to reconsider their relationship with both digital and natural environments. Drawing from real-time and historical datasets, she sources information to visualise environmental behaviour such as wave heights, flooding, tides, and lunar cycles. By translating these raw metrics into movement and form, she makes nature’s rhythms and disruptions perceptible in new ways.
