Marjolein Op de Woerd – Steinebach works for the Metropolitan region of Rotterdam The Hague (MRDH). This is a collaboration between 23 municipalities in the province of South Holland. The MRDH works on improving mobility and business climate. As the manager of the business climate department, she enjoys collaborating with the municipalities to create a strong, innovative region. The municipalities work together on subjects as innovation, education, the startup ecosystem, the balance between facilities for living, working en recreation and digital connectivity.
For Marjolein, innovation in the public domain is a must and innovation and creativity are intertwined. She has a background in international business and business climate.
