Diva studied Biotechnology in Rome and has a PhD in Bioinformatics at the University of Cambridge. She attended NASA – Singularity University – in 2010 and then founded her robotics startup, Solenica. Founder, entrepreneur, maker, today Diva is the Director for IT/ICT investments in the Enea Tech and Biomedical Foundation. Diva was also the director for Italy of EIT Digital, KIC of the European Institute for Innovation and Technology for digital transformation.
In 2018, she was the only Italian to be named “European Top 50 Women in Tech” by Forbes and in 2019 she was awarded the Pleiade International Award at the Chamber of Deputies for Innovation and New Technologies. Today she is advisory board of Fatti Di Algos, member in the representative committee of Donne4.0 association and in the management board of SECO, an Italian listed company European leader in the IoT sector.
