ART, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY FOR THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT: THE EXPERIENCE OF S+T+ARTS IN EUROPE

Nesta Italia is one of the Regional Centers spreading the S+T+ARTS initiative at a local level. On 14th November, it will be promoting a panel within the Biennale Tecnologia Festival.
The panel will focus on the key role that artists and creatives play when collaborations with companies and research centers for regional and territorial development are favoured. It will be explored how technology and science, thanks to artistic exploration, can contribute to promoting the sustainability, inclusion and impact of technologies on cities.
AGENDA
THE FIRST PART of the panel will be dedicated to a comparison between the visions of the bodies that support the project in the Piedmont area and the European Commission, promoter of the STARTS project.

THE SECOND PART, on the other hand, will focus on the initiatives and results of the project in Europe and Italy, thanks to the experience of the MEET Digital Culture Center (STARTS regional hub for Lombardy).
